Denise Black,

MD, FRCSC, Assistant professor, University of Manitoba

Dr. Denise Black is a national and international speaker in women's health. She has worked in both the University system and private practice. Within the University system she served as Director for the Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program at the St. Boniface Hospital and Women's Hospital in Manitoba. Now, she has moved into community-based practice. Her areas of interest include menopause management and treatment, prevention of HPV disease, contraception, and non-surgical management of heavy menstrual bleeding. Dr. Black's goal is to help practicing physicians achieve excellence in providing quality women's health care services.
